'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

I have a question. If the subject is "Mathematics", can I use capital letter for it?

In Advanced Algebra 201, Statistics 300, and Plane Geometry (the names of three courses), the subject is mathematics.  If the formal name of the course is Mathematics, then you should capitalize it.

If the subject for primary students, do you think i need to capitalise?

I don't think so-- that's why I modified your original sentence.  However, in the end it depends on how the specific school treats it in their publications, I supppose.
