hi,

I think it can also be written as:

(b) They donated RM5000, which they earned, to the orphanage.

(c) They donated a cheque of RM5000 to the "Hope Orphanage."

(d) Ali's parents prepared different kinds of food for the charity.

Hi,

I think it can also be written as:

(b) They donated RM5000, which they earned, to the orphanage. OK, but I'd prefer 'had earned'.

(c) They donated a cheque of RM5000 to the "Hope Orphanage." 'A cheque for. . ' is much more idiomatic.

(d) Ali's parents prepared different kinds of food for the charity. OK, but you have not included the idea of 'many' that as in the original version.

Best wishes, Clive
