Can I say,

(a) Dogs and cats are kind animals.

     We must kind / We must be kind to animals.

(b) The animals who lice in the forest can be kept in the zoo.

(c) They are lining up for buying food in the canteen.

(d) The shark is a mammal fish.

     The lizards are reptiles animals.

(e) The boys like hockey.

     The boys are playing the hockey.

(f) He is mowing the grass with a lawn mower.

"The shark is a mammal" is grammatically correct, but it is not true.  The shark is a fish!
