It doesn't mean anything. It's just a bunch of words. There are millions of T-shirts out there with random English words thrown together, often originating in Japan for some reason.

It  looks as though someone has randomly picked words out of the first verse of the Beatles song 'Yellow Submarine'.

In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
In the land of submarines.
So we sailed up to the sun
Till we found the sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
In our yellow submarine.

We all live in our yellow submarine,

Why they would then put them on a T-shirt, I have no idea.
