I need to send this letter to a company in USA but I am not sure if it's right, 'cause I had never wrote a formal letter. Can anyone help me?

( I am a Portuguese native speaker)

We have seen your advertisement in the web and we are interested to buy your products to re-sell them here in the south of COUNTRY.

By this way, we are asking which is the sector that we should contact to start our relationships.

Although we haven’t done any business with you before, we are a well-known firm and we are sure that we will be able to be sucefully working together.

Sincerely,

Alright here is the modified version.

I represent the interests of a reputable company___. We have seen your advertisement via the internet and are interested in your product. We wish to pursue a purchase agreeement with your company and reselling the merchandise here in ____. If you could forward me to the appropriate division of your company to discuss details it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this letter. I look forward to doing business with you and your company.

Sincerely,

Don't forget to insert your company name and location, attatch a header with your address and contact information, and a stamped return letter to ensure you get a response!

I'd write it this way:

We saw your advertisement on the web and are interested in buying your products for resale here in the south of COUNTRY.

To begin, we would like to know your preferred contact method for starting our relationship.

We are a well-known firm and look forward to working together.

Sincerely,
