Please, could you check my cover letter?

Can sombody give me a hand with checking my cover letter if it is appropriate for a fresh IT graduate and what are the things that i've missed out.
If you find something wrong in my grammar please help me to correct them as well.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Information Technology from Staffordshire University, UK, in December 2004. I majored in Internet Technology, and am experienced in IT troubleshooting and maintenance. I also worked part time as a freelance web designer.

I have experience in various analysis, design, development and testing of software. I used various IT methodologies such as SDLC and Rational Unified Process for the development of my projects. I learn and pick-up new programming languages/tools easily and can adapt to new concepts and ideas. My other experiences include use of various programming tools such as:

• HTML
• Java Script
• SQL
• VB Script
• Dreamweaver,Flash,Fireworks and Photoshop
