The subject of this essay is the outsourcing of equipped electronics assemblies at the company *** which was carried out for the discharge of the capacities in the company internal electronics maps manufacturing.

The project " capacity discharge of electronics maps manufacturing " originated on the basis of capacity bottlenecks which are to be led back on a strong growth of the enterprise during the past years. In the first step this practise work would like to the prerau's settlements which led to the origin of this project. On this occasion, the backgrounds of the outsourcing are demonstrated and possible alternatives are indicated. In the second step the realisation of the project is picked out as a central theme taking into account the besides appearing problems. A view of the future of the electronics maps manufacturing forms the end of this practise report.
