She got all her customers address and phone numbers that easy for her to reach customer who paid late or likely to refuse to pay. She called them a week prior to the due date. She has a very good relationship with customers, especially Asian people in the area. It is important to collect cash, as business will die without cash. She will charge interest and pay late fee for customers who pay late. Techniques that she used to accelerating account receivable include having customers call her, or fax her, deposit customers checks and credit card receipts daily.
