First of all, i would like to thank u all for ur hard work in this forum, u have helped me before in writing a letter, and i would like u to help me this time and correct my errors in writing the following letter:

Dear Dr. Ferdinando Rodriguez y Baena,

The purpose of this letter is to briefly introduce myself as a student of twenty-one years old who is attending a Bachelor in Mechatronics engineering organized by the University of Jordan. I would like to sincerely thank you for offering me the position of an internship at the Department of Mechanical Engineering-Imperial College, London (Reference No.: UK/06/103/13) under the sponsorship of the IAESTE practical training exchange program.

I have made reservations for the tickets and would like to let you know the detail information about the arrival time and the flight number. I will arrive at the Heathrow International Airport on local time 15:45; 29/06/2006 on flight number is RJ 111. I don’t need you to arrange an airport pickup service for me. I am please to confirm the dates of my placement; I shall require lodgings from 03/07/2006 as I have told you on the confirmation of acceptance form N/5b which was handled to the local IAESTE Committee. If you have any questions regarding my journey or personal data, please send them to this e-mail, and I will be more than happy to answer them for you.

I would like to ask you what is the procedure for my coming to work in the first day, for example, what time I should be there and whom I should report to.

I want to thank you for the expression of faith in my abilities that you have exhibited by this gesture and will certainly do my very best not to disappoint you. I am looking forward to my new responsibilities and I'm so blessed to be part of IAESTE team and it's really a great opportunity to be working with you.
