In order for ABC company to process our invoices related to air tickets and travel reimbursable, we need to provide copies of the air tickets/boarding pass as part of invoice supporting documents. 

 

Therefore, please note that your travel claim must be supported with a legible copy of e-ticket and the original boarding pass so that your claim and our invoices can be processed.
