could you help to correct the following please. tq,

"We also would like to confirm that no exception or deviation taken to this contract as listed in Section F (Attachment 2A Unpriced Exceptions)"

or

We are confirming that there are no exception or deviation taken as listed in Section F (Attachment 2A unpriced exceptions)

 You do not need "taken" in either sentence.

 

#1 is the better sentence.
