Hello !
Please help me to correct this text if there are some mistakes.

    Recently, I resolved to turn to me each time I've got troubles. I've understood that the world is a reflection of what I am really, and not of what I believe I am. All the compenents of my life is like all the components in myself.

    So, each time my heart aches, I don't look for an external cause anymore, I don't accuse someone anymore, I don't mull over who is right or who is wrong anymore. I look for the wound in me. And I don't try to suppress my pain, I take it on and I suffer all that I have to suffer.

    It's not a punishment that I inflict to myself. I just don't want to hide myself anymore. Indeed, I used to fear my own judgment... But now, the pain affects me without affecting me.
