I’m currently working with Intel MSC Cyberjaya in the position of E-Learning Web Developer. As a course developer I design and develop computer-based learning materials (using Flash Mx) to train as well as to educate Intel staffs to the way in which our organization benefits from cost saving, time and quality of learning.

I’m now working with People Development & Training Team to maintain existing courses as well as developing new e-learning courses to support 100,000 Intel employees worldwide.

Key Accomplishment : I had provided an effective multimedia solution to meet the needs of my group and successfully given a strong point to my manager to purchase a 3^rd party software to meet the challenges faced by my team.

The key experiences I’ve learnt at Intel are not just designing and development web and multimedia elements; however the below criteria are the major roles to be concerned with:
