Besides the application form I have to provide two letters of reference and my question is about this letters. 1) Who can write a reference letter? Should it be a professor only? 2) How long is such a letter usually? I would appriciate any further information about those letters of reference as I am a bit insecure about taking the course at the moment and this course is very important to me.
