Hi Linex,

Welcome to the Forum.

Have you searched the Linux site at www.linux.org? If you can't find any information there, why don't you email them?

Best wishes, Clive

Hi,
As far as you know, creating an OS from the basic level is so hard.First of all, i recommend you reading some books such as
operating system by Andrew Tannenbaum.
If you know the Basics of OS , you can join to Linux site : http://fedora.redhat.com/ . In this site there are a lot of projects that you can do them.

Try http://www.kernel.org/ please.

This is the primary site for the Linux kernel source, but it has much more than just Linux kernels.

well you could try this:
it's called Linux from scratch : you can build the Operating System from the begining
www.linuxfromscratch.org
but of  course you need to be an expert  in Linux ( some experience not  a lot of experience).
best regards

How many books have you read at this moment about OS developing?
To develop an OS is so much hard that I'm absolutely sure you won't do that (at least alone). Smile [:)]
Think many times before you start.
