Heh..:-)

I used this idiom in my work during an email conversation with our software supplier from Tampa (US). We talked about our programming skills and I have written to him:

I had been cutting my teeth on the Java language, before I was promoted to the .NET team.

Idiom "cut my teeth on" is cool and is being used widely.

cheers

Thanks a lot.

That's mean I can say:"I cut my teeth on network engineer last year."
