Can datestamp be used as a verb like 'Please datestamp every clip so user knows when the clips are posted"?

Thanks

I doubt whether datestamp can be used as a word. In fact, datestamp is a wrong spelling. The correct word is date-stamp.

My take:
Please stamp every clip with date so that the user knows when the clips are posted.

All the invoices in my company have to be date stamped.

I do ask:

Have you date stamped this months' invoices?

I think you mean this month's invoices.

You will have to use a hyphen if you want to use datestamp. Right?
