What does  "dealing from the bottom of the deck" mean? The context is again about lawyers, maybe working without paying attention to little details that could harm their work (make them look bad actually), but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

Usually, if you are dealing cards "from the bottom of the deck", you are cheating in some way.
