If u kill whilst at war does that make u a murderer!!??

If you are a soldier and kill because it is what you are ordered to do and it is part of your duties, than it is not murder. Even in times of peace, if you kill someone in self defence it is not considered murder. But in peace or war if you kill someone as a result of your own decision for your own reasons, than yes, I reckon that is murder.
