Yeah, its just a conjuction that combines a statement with an explanation or a reason

(I noticed the word 'Because' with an explanation mark)
Because! = Something your mother used to say when she didn't have a real reason.

Son: Why do I have to go to bed? or how about... Why can't I hit my sister?
Mother: Because!

(No further words were ever necessary. The conversation would seem to stop at that point.)
