You know what room and department mean, don't you, Sarahli?  Then just use your dictionary for the other words and put the ideas together.  There are no tricky phrases here.

Accounts Department: takes care of bookkeeping and produces financial statements

Conference room: large meeting room

General Manager: boss of all the departments

Marketing Department: researches what customers want and promotes the company's products

Purchasing Department: buys supplies and equipment for the company

Sales Department: sells the company's products

Here is the defination and brief explaination for u r query:

Accounts Department: A/c department mean a department who is responsible for account of the company such a book keeping and maintaining accounts of the copany 

Conference room:
Conference room is a large room where conference and company meeting are helds and also use for representing the company products in a projector and video so on

General Manager:The responsible person who handle the company affair u can say boss

Marketing Department: Who are  engage in research and development program  such a promoting the product and promoting activities.

Purchasing Department: who are responsible for purchase and sale and material requisite , store keeping etc.

Sales Department: Who are responsible for  sale and distribution of the product in market.
