If you want to be rude You can say "She is such a cutesy so and so. If you don't want to be rude: You can say "It is almost sickening when she tries to be that cutesy choozy-whuuzy". In the above examples the adjective "cutesy" is used attributively. Try using it predicatively. Cutesy is an adjective. You won't be finding choozy-whuuzy in any dictionary. It is a very informal term. I don't think they'd list it.    Golden
