Describing regrets

Dear teachers,

Which of the following setences is/are correct or better?

If I'd listened to my mother, I wouldn't be working at this job now.
If I'd listened to my mother, I wouldn't have worked at this job.

Here comes another set of sentences.

If I were you, I would tell him the truth now.
If I were you, I would have told him the truth.
If I had been you, I would have told him the truth.

Conditional sentence are always real bummer for ESL learners.

Please advise and have a good one.

The last one looks weird. "I am not you" is a permanent truth. We don't need to use the past perfect form to assume a permanently irreal condition.

In Japan today even dogs are learning how to bow-wow in English.
