Hi Teacher, could you pls. correct my sentence below 

Hi Eric, I notice the trade date of the past(or historical) transaction in the system did not changed. Could you pls. advise the trade date.  Should it be 1 May 08?  pls. advise

I notice the trade date in the system for the past (or do you mean 'last'?) transaction hasn't changed. Could you please advise me of the correct date?  Should it be 1 May 08?
