Hello , what's the difference between 'operation' & 'surgery' ?? Is it that one of them is more complicated ??

The same thing i.e. a surgical procedure done by a doctor.
To operate = To perform surgery verb
Surgery: A physician's, dentist's, or veterinarian's office - British English I believe

Yes; an "operation" is an instance of "surgery".
