The only correct form of this is don't. You should always use the apostrophe. Dont is incorrect.

One point more

dont has no meaning in English apart from DONT which is the name of a bridge (card game) opening convention

And when should I use

don't when appropriate to short do not

and

dont as DONT or D.O.N.T. when you play the bridge

I see, I imagine the same thing goes for wont, cant, and shouldnt? won't, can't, shouldn't?

Yes. You must always include the apostrophe.
