Hi there,

is there a difference in meaning between the two statements "Let's go and find a shopping centre" and "Let's go to find a shopping centre" and if so in what ways do you think they differ?

Not really. #1 is much, much more common in spoken Emglish. #2 shows 'purpose' more explcitly.

Best wishes, Clive
