What's the difference between sentence A and sentence B?
Or what's the difference between "one day" and "some day"?

A: One day you will understand things more deeply--as I do, for example "mentality".

B: Some day you will understand things more deeply--as I do, for example "mentality".

Well, I have to understand your sentence before I can help. The first part seems ok but I am stuck with the "pink" part.

The "dashes" also added to the unclear context . " More deeply-- as I do" sounds wrong to me. Did you mean to say "as deeply as I do?" And what does "mentality" have to do with the sentence?

Ignoring the problems of what the end of the sentence might mean, one day and some day are equivalent expressions.

--Sorry. I just picked up a sentence ramdomly including "some day".

I'll change to this: Some day you'll understand what I say. / One day you'll understand what I say.

I think both are used in the same situation, but I wonder if there is any nuance, or any subtle difference.
