My questions amd frustrations are ongoing:

1.After the lenghty negotiations, it................that it ..............  too costly to take the case to trial .

   a) is decided / had been            b) has decided / will be            c) decided /was          d) was decided / would be

   e) had been decided / will be 

the answer is c but my answer is d     where Am I wrong?

2. As this result of yours ............much better than the previous ones it is clear that you...........lately.

   a)was / have revised             b) has been / had revised           c) is / have been revising          d) will be/ revised

   e) would be / had been revising

The answer is d but my answer is c   where amI wrong?

3. Debbie couldn't undersatnd why her computer ................as it .................. perfectly for as long as she could remember.

a) has crashed/ was working  b) crashed / had been working        c) had crashed / will be working    d) was crashed / has worked

e) is crashed / has been working

The answer is d but my answer is b  where Am I wrong?

 

I started thinking that the answer key I got was the wrong one.
