Hi,

Do we say, "I have aptitude in math' or "i  have aptitude for math'?

I find knowing what preposition to use the hardest part of mastering English.
How can I study for this?

In this case, use "for". The best way to study these is to look in the dictionary for examples of using the main word.

 Aptitude for example, has this example: She has a special aptitude for mathematics.
