Hi, my name is Mitchell Williams.  I've been teaching English for a few years now.  If you're looking for an English class online to get started with and have a good all-around foundation, take a look at ccenglish.atspace.com.  It's cheap, and I use microphones, video cameras, pictures, and chat/class sessions online.  If you have any English questions, I'd be happy to answer them too.

Hi, my name is Tulay, I want to learn English very well, in fact I need to speak Englihs to improve it because I know about grammer .I have been going to course for two months in Istanbul, Turkey. Our teacher is England but the students are Turk so that we don't speak english very much  in our classroom. I must make practical.

what should you advise me to improve it? I live in Istanbul , Turkey.

Learn any language online it is good as basics. I've done it as English is not my mother language. So I have improved my Grammar, spelling and writing. However I didn't find helpful the sw I used (can't say the name) for improving my pronunciation. Just my personal opinion.
