Do these three sentences carry the same meaning? If not, which one is correct? And what are the differences?

Thank you for your help.

(A)

The purchase of a third photocopier has improved efficiency by greatly reducing time wasted waiting in line.

(B)

The purchase of a third photocopier has improved efficiency greatly by reducing time wasted waiting in line.

(C)

The purchase of a third photocopier has greatly improved efficiency by reducing time wasted waiting in line.

In (a) greatly applies to time. In the other two it applies to efficiency.
