I've never been to China, but what I've got from the little china-food-shop a few streets from here has been very good Wink [;)]

I love Chinese food too. The individual ingredients look a bit scary sometimes, but the food is great!

I love Chinese food - at least the version that is sold in the UK. From what I've heard of some of the dishes, I don't think I'd be too keen on the more authentic stuff. It is extremely popular here, there are many Chinese restaurants and takeaways. Even tiny villages all seem to have one and any town will have several.

My favourites are crispy duck pancakes, foo yung, chicken in black bean sauce, and any kind of chow mein.

I enjoy preparing it..I think that chinese food offer you an economical way for cook.  You can use the leftovers from the day before and you get a healthy food anyway, for example chow fan.  I learn how to cook chow main, and I prepare especially with sesame oil and seeds, soy sauce, noodels, a variety of vegetables and chicken...ahhh!..My advise, try to do and you will see.  Also, I like "eggs rolls": This one is fried and you can get fat if you eat it usually.

Some times I get confuse since the japanese and chinese food are similiar, I mean, in the ingredients that you have to use.  If you are going to prepare Shushi, you have to use soy sauce but...from Japan, not from China, exist a bit diference between them. In my case, I have two diferents soy sauce, one from Japan and another from China.  In general, the chinese food is very interesting and diversify.
