Linda is wearing a white skirt with a red belt.   or  Linda is wearing a white skirt and a red belt.

Which one?  The sentence with (with) or the sentence with (and)?  or it doesn´t matter!  They can say in both ways.

Thanks,

You can say it either way.  (If the belt is attached to the skirt, or meant to be worn with the skirt, use "with."  Otherwise, either one is fine.)

You subject line should be either "How does an American say that?" or "How would an American say that?"

I thank you very much! I teach English here, in Brazil, and sometimes we have some simple doubts, because we want to teach real English not  literal translation.
