Do you think what does "chimerization" mean? The search of googling the word returned to us with the same context as below, and in any big KMS (Kowledge Management System) online told me nothing about it.

Context:

"Neonatal Chimerization with Human Glial Progenitor Cells Can Both Remyelinate and Rescue the Otherwise Lethally Hypomyelinated Shiverer Mouse."
Martha S. Windrem, Steven J. Schanz, Min Guo, Guo-Feng Tian, Vaughn Washco, Nancy Stanwood, Matthew Rasband, Neeta S. Roy, Maiken Nedergaard, Leif A. Havton, Su Wang, and Steven A. Goldman.

.
In genetics, a chimera is "an organism composed of two or more genetically distinct tissues, as an organism that is partly male and partly female, or an artificially produced individual having tissues of several species. "

    Thank you.

Would any one like to tell me whether "Neonatal Chimerization" refers to "Neonatal Chimerization in the experimental mice" in that context?
