a1) right
a2) wrong

b1) wrong
b2) it should be 'What has she done to deserve this?'

a1)Does she have a good sense of humor ?
right grammar( i think) because "have" is being used as present tense. and "Has" for past tent.

b2) What she has done to deserved this ?
"has" is to be use because it is already in the past.

i thought "has" is a present tense. isn't "had" the one to use for past tense?

Hi,
Does + Subject + root verb ......?

Yes, a1) is present tense. It usually describes a accepted fact or habitual behavior. The verb that follows an auxiliary must be a root verb. So it is wrong to generate a question like 'Does she has(incorrect) a sense of humor?' Instead, you should say 'Does she have a sense of humor?'

Have + Subject (first person singular and plural/ second person/ third person plural) + Past Participle + ......?
Has + Subject (third person singular) + Past Participle + ......?

b2) is incorrect and grammatically wrong. You should say 'What has she done to deserve this?'
==> The auxiliary 'has' functions as a present perfect in this sentence; it is not past tense.
==> root verb comes after the infinitive 'to'; 'to deserved' is definitely wrong.

Compare:
Does he have a car? ( It's a general question of asking someone if he has a car at present.)
Has he had a car since she was thirteen? ( It's question asking someone whether he had a car no not in the past.)

Hope that helps.
