You can say something is of no real value. Whether it applies to this particular concept, I don't know.
Thanks 'Grammar Geek' so if I think the concept I am referring to is not valuable then the part sentence above makes sense?

Sure, something like this:
He says that I look beautiful in that dress, but his opinion is of no real value, because he's blind in his left eye and can't see out of the other. :)
