Hi, I know we can say: He hurt himself trying to save a girl. Then in the same pattern, does the following sentence make sense, or create any ambiguity? Many people find pronunciation to be very difficult speaking another language. And is it grammatically correct? Still, how is it different from the one below? Many people find pronunciation to be very difficult when speaking another language. Thanks a lot!

No, because it is _not_ a similar pattern. "Find" in your example is a stative verb denoting a state rather than activity.

Your posting is not clear in terms of layout. Show your example sentences on different lines, using e.g. italics.

Kevin X: Aren't you using Opera? If so, use the "br" tag (surrounded by angular brackets) to emulate line/paragraph ends.
