Hello everyone,
I am a newbie to english, I'd like to ask you something:

I was trying to type some sentences in English, but a doubt come up:

For example:

Those sound tracks doesn't appear on the file managers.

So, was it suppose to be don't? Why?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it should be 'don't'.  The plural form of the verb has no 's', while the singular (3rd person) does.

They do not [don't] appear.

You need this:

Those sound tracks don't appear on the file managers.

Only singular subjects would use doesn't

The sound track doesn't ...
The car doesn't ...
He doesn't ...
She doesn't ...
The rain doesn't ...
The job doesn't ...
A garage door doesn't ...

But all other subjects use don't.

The sound tracks don't ...
The cars don't ...
I don't ...
You don't ...
We don't ...
They don't ...
The garage doors don't ...
