Could you take a look at this please?

1 I Can't go faster than (what) I'm already going/doing. (walking or driving)

2 Tall and big people get good deals on clothes and shoes as there size are the last in stock and so no one buys them so the stores cut prices. (how would you say it?)

3 He's always trady, so if he say 12 add an extra 30 minutes on (top). (is this ok?)

4 He reminds me of John in his way of acting and mannerisms.

thank you

“1 I Can't go faster than (what) I'm already going/doing. (walking or driving)  Okay.

2 Tall and big people get good deals on clothes and shoes as there size are the last in stock and so no one buys them so the stores cut prices. (how would you say it?) as their sizes are slow to move, and the prices are therefore reduced.

3 He's always trady, tardy,  so if he say 12 o'clock, add an extra 30 minutes on (top). (is this ok?)  Okay.

4 He reminds me of John in his mannerisms and way of acting . and mannerisms.

Yours sounds like "way of (acting and mannerisms)."

Thank you Avangi,

In number one, is WHAT optional and is it GOING or DOING?

thank you for your help.

I meant to indicate that all of the options you proposed were acceptable.

Sometimes we use the square brackets to show that a word is optional.

So, "what" is indeed optional, and both "going" and "doing" are acceptable, in my opinion, as well as "walking" and "driving."

I'd say that "going" is the most legitimate, but all are used casually.

You can also say, "I can't go any faster than I already am [going]."
