To sweat about something means to worry or become "stressed out" about it. (Sweat can be a symptom of anxiety.) The expression means, "Don't worry about minor problems."

"No sweat," meaning "no problem," is another expression using the word "sweat."

Are you sure you can get all this done by Friday?

Oh, sure. No sweat.
