I have a quick question about using the word "dress".

Do you say "She always dresses casual." or "She always dresses casually."?
Here is another one. "He always dresses conservative." or "He always dresses conservatively."?

Please advise.

Gee...I found my textbook say "casual". How weird! It's a conversation book.

Can we say: "She is wearing casual dresses"?

Sorry to interrupt!

Hmmm.  Now that I think about it, casual is also correct.  I think I prefer casually, but casual is also heard.
