How is this ("each of everyone of you") different from "everyone of you"?

You're probably misquoting "each and every one of you."  It means the same thing but is used when you really want to get someone's attention.

"How is this ("each of everyone of you") different from "everyone of you"?"

It's "each and every one of you" - it's more emphatic than "each of you" or "every one of you" (in this case "every" and "one" are not written as one word - the word "one" has a stronger emphasis than in the combined word "everyone"). Another way of making a similar emphasis is to say "every single one of you".
