Hi,

09:30 is the earliest I can do it now.( I mean "I cannot meet before 09:30". Is it correct sentence? And is "it" required?

The sentence sounds awkward.  "It" is required, but "now" is not.  If you're trying to convey that starting at this moment (as in you just found out) you cannot do it before 9:30 it would be better to say, "9:30 is now the earliest I can do it."
