I am eager to speak english well.

Now I am a graduate student in USA. English is my biggest problem to study in USA.

I already took english course. but it doesn't help me to improve my speaking english.

Is any volunteer who want to teach speaking english?

or any advice or good method will be welcome.

The best way to improve is to practice, practice, practice!!!
If you somehow do not have friends to talk to in English then, I suggest, THINK IN ENGLISH!!!
We, all the beginners, first think in our language and then translate it into English. Though difficult try to THINK in English. It is not a difficult language to speak in. The only problem is pronounciation.
