There are things you can do to reduce jetlag. Before you depart, make sure you get plenty of sleep. Eat lightly and drink lots of water during the flight.

 

Hi,

Does "Eat lightly" in the above refer to "eat less food" or "eat less spicy salty food?" Thanks.

I'd interpret that to mean "Don't eat too much" (i.e. probably somewhat less than you normally would).
