(a)Johan has porridge for lunch.
(b)I have porridge at lunch time.
(c)I eat porridge alone.

All three are natural sounding - except that porridge is only usually eaten for breakfast.

And it wouldn't be called porridge in the U.S.  It would be called oatmeal, if I'm not mistaken.
