Hi,

 

I would like to ask for a help on how to make "sponsorship letter". I want to sponsor my "helper" to go and visit her sister in Australia, as a token of appreciation, i want to give her an opportunity to visit her sister this coming Christmas. I am giving her a one month vacation.  I would be sponsoring her ticket back and forth since her sister would be sponsoring her when she reach Australia. She has been a big help for me and for my family that's why i want to keep her with me for more years,  I want to take this opportunity to give her a break. It has been her wished to visit her sister there since they have not seen each other for a couple of years, and I want to be a part to make her dreams come true. She has been a very nice person to us and I would want to share a blessing to her in return.

 

Please help me how to improve my letter so I can get a vsia for her. 

 

Your kind response to this matter will be much appreciated.

Here is the letter I composed, please check and do some revisions if needed. I'm not too good in writing so hopefully u can help me how to make it better.

 

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I’m Corazon Devu, Managing Director of ______________ under the company name of XX. I am a passport holder of .__.

I am currently residing at __.

In regards to my sponsorship for Rica Martin, I am requesting an action in her case to get her visa approved to Australia.

Rica has been with me for 2 years, and has been a great help for me and my family, especially for my parents who are staying with me right now, Rica was the one looking after my parents and my children when my husband and I were not around especially in the area of preparing the things needed before going to their respective areas of work / school.  

As a token of gratitude to Rica my husband (Richard Yean) and I (Corazon Devu) are allowing her to visit her sister in Australia. I would like to take this opportunity to give her one month vacation for the coming Christmas Holidays (starting second week of December 2009 till first week of January 2010.)

I would be sponsoring her ticket back and forth since her sister would be sponsoring her when she reaches Australia. It has been her wished to visit her sister and nephews in Australia, for which they have not seen each other for a couple of years till now, so I have decided that I want to be a part in fulfilling her simple dreams in life. Rica has been a very nice person to us and I would like to share a blessing for her in return.

Please help me how to revise my letter and make it more convincing to get an approved visa. Please do check my grammar also.

Would greatly appreciate for you kind consideration on this matter.
