Hi,

You need a capital letter and punctuation.

 

'Affix' can also be followed by 'to'.

I personally thought that you (af)fix something to something else, not on. I could be 
mistaken, but it only seems logical to use the same preposition as with, e.g.

- I fixed a spotlight to the ceiling.

I don't entirely disagree with you, but my dictionary says 'usu. foll. by to, on'.
