Education: Qualification as language trainer, languages to be trained : English AND German/Italian/French
Experience:Essential to have experience in language training for adults Minimum experience requirement 2 years. Hospitality industry
Experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to motivate and excite “students”.
• Personal initiative and a customer oriented approach to teaching.
• Ability to work independently, as well as being a good team member.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural work environment, showing respect to all employees regardless of ethnic background or gender.
• Must appreciate the diversity of employees.
• Excellent time management skills, must be able to work according to set target and timetables.
• Good administration skills, must be able to organize himself/herself and has to keep the training material and equipment in good condition.
Objective: Implementing language training as per Resort Training Programs in cooperation with Department Heads and Supervisors in order to develop communication skills of Resort employees so that they can better meet and exceed the expectations of customers and colleagues.
Opening needs to be filled as soon as possible.
Single status only
Full board accommodation with flights, possible annual bonus

Hello Jaana,
I am an Australian passport holder of German origin, bi-lingual english-german, both written and spoken. I have spent most of my working life in the airline-travel-tourism industries, 20 years plus. At the moment I am studying for a TEFL Certificate, to teach english to foreign language employees in these industries. I also hold a Graduate Diploma in Recreation Management from PIT, now RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
I am also a PADI Rescue Diver, so I would like to combine teaching with diving and underwater photography.
Currently I am working as a dive travel consultant for www.diversionoz.com in Cairns, Australia.

Hello Jaana,....
My name is elaine casha, and for the past two years i have been teaching english as a forgien language in the small country of Malta. My native land is Canada but also have a Maltese passport,....I studied Massage therapy for two years in 2001 and now can use that knowledge in teaching Medical English.
I take great pride and joy teaching, I love it!!!
Teaching in Malta, has been amazing meeting so many different people, so many nice people!!!!! I have as a teacher learned so much.
While reading your post I found myself thinking that this might be something I would want to do,...........!
